Tier 3 Basic Admission: Includes entrance to event activities, vendor hall, and the evening dance with the Sound Minds in the dance hall (Does not include the Saturday Luau Dinner or Show 6-8pm). By making this purchase I realize that participation in activities at an event held by the Greater Boston Vintage Society and/or Jason Volk could involve personal injury. Despite precautions by event organizers accidents or injuries may occur. By signing this release form, I assume all risks associated with an event held by the Greater Boston Vintage Society and/or Jason Volk. I agree to release and hold harmless the Greater Boston Vintage Society/Jason Volk, the venue location, as well as any hired, volunteer, or cooperating staff from any cause or action, claims, or demands now and in the future dealing with personal injury or sickness (Covid 19).
I will also take responsibility for any damage I cause to the property of the venue, to any equipment used as part of the event, or to my own or other guest’s personal property. I fully understand that I am to obey all venue rules and that I am not allowed to go into restricted areas. If I have any questions as to what is allowed at an event, I should ask an event staff member. I agree to release and hold harmless the Greater Boston Vintage Society/Jason Volk, the location venue, as well as any hired, volunteer, or cooperating staff from any cause or action, claims, or demands now and in the future dealing with property damage.
In the event that I should observe any unsafe conduct or conditions during the event, I agree to report the unsafe conduct or conditions to the registration table as soon as possible.
Permission is granted to the Greater Boston Vintage Society/Jason Volk, the event venue, and any hired/volunteer personnel (band, staff, performance acts, etc.) to take photographs or video for publicity purposes. Ticket sales are non-refundable. You can transfer/sell your tickets to another person, but you must email us “gbvintagesociety@gmail.com” to let us know the name change. Please be careful of any scammers on social media trying to sell tickets. Email us if you want to check if a seller is legitimate.
